Windows XP

Hey Nick, I know you were talking about how you wanted to be able to run iTunes on your new computer. I saw on slick deals that Best Buy has the Home Edition of XP for $90, but it comes with a $60 gift card instantly.

So if you had plans of getting something at best buy anyway, XP would only cost ya about $30. The $60 gift card thing is listed in the newspaper ad, so I'm assuming it needs to be purchased in the store.

Oh Bill Nye, you will always have a place in my heart.

Bill Nye the Science Guy has a new show, The Eyes of Nye, where he tackles some more serious issues like addiction, sex, cloning, and climate change.

Odd, but I always did like Bill.

Star Wars in 3D?? Sure, why not...

3DStarWars

So, If this is actually true, I just don't know. Especially for A New Hope. The only exciting part in that movie is the trench run at the end. I think I would rather see Schindler's List in 3D.

X3: Now with three new X-men!!!

Things are finally getting moving on this...

"In related news, X-Men Films caught up with Halle Berry, who plays "Storm" in the series, and asked her about X3. "I have not read the script. All I have asked, is that if I come back as Storm, she need to be closer to the comic book," Berry advised the site. "So, if they have in fact written her closer to the comic book character, then I'm in. If not, I'm out. I hope I'm in though. I love Storm, and really want to be part of the last film."

Yeah, cause catwoman is spot on.

Toy Story 3

They signed a director to do the new Pixar-free Toy Story sequel. They got Bradley Raymond, of crappy sequel and direct to video fame. He did Lion King 1½, Hunchback of Notre Dame II, Mickey's Once Upon a Christmas, and Pocahontas II.

Stubbs The Zombie

I really want to play this game.

I saw a preview for Stubbs the Zombie at Gamespy. And I think it looks awesome. The offical website has some good info too.

And check out that soundtrack, I think Stubbs has similar music tastes to emma and schaef.

Ben Kweller - Lollipop
The Raveonettes - My Boyfriend's Back
Death Cab for Cutie - Earth Angel
Rogue Wave - Everyday
Cake - Strangers in the Night
The Walkmen - There Goes My Baby
The Dandy Warhols - All I Have to Do is Dream
Oranger - Mr. Sandman
The Flaming Lips - If I Only Had a Brain
Clem Snide - Tears on My Pillow
Rose Hill Drive - Shakin' All Over
Milton Mapes - Lonesome Town
Phantom Planet - The Living Dead (Original Song)

Kill Bill

Of films already released, at least in two halves, we quizzed Tarantino on his Cannes opus. "Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair is definitely getting a wide release," he told us, "actually, that'll probably be the first movie that Miramax, under their new company, will be releasing theatrically. It's the Japanese version, that's why I call it that, you know, it should probably come out in the next few months. It's going to be NC-17 in America. We couldn't do that when Disney owned the place but now Disney's the fuck outta there we can do anything we want! It's gonna be off the hook!"

Got that from a Tarantino Interview. So it's coming out in theatres first, I'd be up for going to see that. Who knows when I'll be able to add it to my DVD collection though.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY NICK!!!!!!!!!

something actually hollywood related

So this guy came in for an application yesterday, and I told him we don't have paper ones. You have to go online. Then he's like so are you even hiring, and I said yeah, we are looking. His response to that was are you hiring for vaccuming? I was just like, uh........no, not for that. Well what are you hiring for? Uhh, just for what I am doing right now. Oh, well who cleans in the morning? We clean at night with the people that are working. Oh, ok...bye.

What do you guys think. Do we need to hire a proffesional vaccumer or what? If so, let me know quickly before some other small buisness that obviously doesn't need his skills hires him.

Hollywood Confessions

Hollywood Confessionsoh my, i have nothing to add :(

2nd trailer

A friend of mine found some trailer that some fan made. It is not the "Braveheart " style one that was out a few years ago, but and honest trailer by putting footage together type of thing...It has a lot of footage not shown in this most recent trailer. Some of it looks like it might be Video game footage, Mostly the gunships if anybody wants it let me know. I can e-mail it to you..It is kinda big so if you still use dial-up It will take a while.....
Lot of different footage of Anakin and Obi-Wan fighting, actual footage

just had to see if i could post pics Posted by Hello

Let's get this rolling

Alright, I got the invites sent out to crew.

I wanted to get this started up cause I thought having all of us chime in on a blog would be entertaining, both to post on, and to read.

I'm thinking you can post anything really, most of you don't have your own blogs or online journals, or if you do, you don't post much. I stopped posting on mine cause I got bored with it. I don't do enough entertaining things to maintain a readable website. This way, several people posting, keeps it interesting.

I also think Nick might like to keep in touch with all of us through the blog, when he does leave us in May.

Well, any questions, you guys can post on here or email me at zebster@gmail.com.

Peace.

Pictures, eh?

We can put up some pics too.

As shown above.

First Post

We'll see if this takes off.
